📦 Order Confirmation

• All orders are confirmed within 1 hour of placing the order.
  
• If the customer is unreachable during this period, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
  

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.
  
• Fridays are non-working days, so orders placed or processed on Friday will be handled the next business day.
  

🧪 Inspection Before Payment

• Customers are allowed to open the package and smell the fragrance before accepting the order.
  
• If you decline the order after inspection, a 60 EGP handling/shipping fee will be charged.
  
• If you accept the order, the full product price must be paid upon delivery.

🔄 14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery only in the following case:

• If there is a noticeable issue with the longevity (lasting power) or projection that differs from the product description on our website.
  

Note: A 60 EGP return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount for approved returns.

• The package and box must be in their original condition, without damage.
  
• The reason for return must match our approved return criteria (longevity or projection issue).
  
• All accessories and packaging must be returned as received.

We offer High Copy fragrances that are identical to the original in scent and bottle design, providing premium quality at an affordable price.

Our perfumes offer:

• Up to 8 hours of longevity on the skin
  
• Up to 24 hours of longevity on clothes
  

If your bottle arrives broken or leaking, contact us within 24 hours, and we will handle the issue immediately.
